Scope

These terms apply to the duegrid app by Oliver Ferch, Zimmererstr. 26, 86153 Augsburg. The terms of Apple or Google also apply to purchases and billing.

The service

duegrid is a tool for keeping track of contracts, subscriptions and spending. It is not legal, tax or financial advice. The app calculates deadlines and cancellation rules from your entries and from templates you can adjust. Check important deadlines against your contract, including after a scan.

Free and Premium

duegrid is free for up to 3 items. Premium is available as a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time purchase through the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled in the store settings up to 24 hours before they end. All prices include VAT.

If Premium ends, all data is kept. 3 items of your choice stay visible, the rest are hidden until you renew. Export and backup stay free.

Withdrawal and refunds

For purchases through the App Store or Google Play, their withdrawal and refund rules apply. Request refunds there.

duegrid Family and households

duegrid Family is available on iPhone and iPad through Apple Family Sharing for up to 6 people. You can share a household on iPhone and iPad with up to 5 other people who have Premium. Members are responsible for the changes they make to shared items.

Reminders

duegrid schedules reminders on your device. Whether they arrive depends on the operating system and your settings, such as Focus, power saving or disabled notifications. We cannot guarantee delivery.

Your data

Your data belongs to you and stays on your devices, and with sync in your own iCloud or Google account. You are responsible for backups, exporting to a file is always free.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential obligations, limited to foreseeable, typical damage.

Changes

We may change these terms for the future. We announce significant changes on this website in advance.

Governing law

German law applies. Consumers also keep the mandatory protections of the country they live in.
