Reminders don’t arrive

On iPhone and iPad, duegrid shows under Settings › Reminders whether notifications are allowed; if it says “Notifications are off”, tap “Allow notifications”. Ideally allow “Time Sensitive” too. On Android, open Settings › Reminders › Check. There, duegrid also needs “Alarms & reminders”, and battery optimisation should be set to “Unrestricted”.

Moving between iPhone and Android

In duegrid under Settings › Export and import › Move to Android (on Android: Move to an iPhone). You create an encrypted backup file and open it on the new device. Premium does not move with you, because purchases are tied to the App Store or Google Play.

Restore purchases

Open Premium in Settings and tap “Restore purchases”. Sign in with the same Apple Account or Google account you used to buy.

Cancel Premium

iPhone and iPad: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › duegrid. Android: Google Play › Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Your data is kept, and 3 items of your choice stay visible.

Sync between iPhone and iPad

With Premium, duegrid keeps your data in step on every iPhone and iPad signed in to the same Apple Account, a new one included, through your private iCloud. Turn it on under Settings › Storage and sync. If sync isn’t working, check that you are signed in to iCloud and have iCloud storage left. Your data stays safe on the device in the meantime, and changes are synced later. Documents stay on the device you added them on; take them to a new device with a backup file.

Share a household

On iPhone and iPad, go to Settings › Household › Create household, then “Invite”: by message, link or QR code. Each invitation is for one person and is valid for 7 days, so invite everyone separately. The person you invite opens the link on their iPhone or iPad and joins, with their own Premium or through your Apple family. Only items in the “Family” scope are shared; what someone else pays doesn’t count in your spending. Anyone who leaves can keep a copy of the shared items. Households aren’t available on Android yet.

Delete all data

Settings › Security and data › Delete all data. With sync on, “Delete on all devices” also deletes the iCloud copy and the data on your other devices. A household stays: only this device forgets it, and the other members and your other devices keep it with all shared items. So leave it first under Settings › Household › Leave household, or end it there if you created it. Cancel a running subscription separately in the store.
